Selena is going to be on this seasons The Voice working with team Gwen and she made this short video to help motivate the team.
In an interview with Gwen Stefani she gave praise to Selena saying, “She is incredibly talented and has so much I get it – it is in this business since I was so young.”
Adding, “Rihanna will also participate as a counselor. I’m looking forward mostly to the entire female power!”

Access Hollywood’s Liz Hernandez caught up with Selena and Gwen for their first interview together, as they talk about their collaboration.
“It’s so fun being on the show. It’s so inspiring,” Gwen said.
“It’s just incredible to me to think of somebody that’s been doing it since they were a child, like it’s hard to understand it,” Gwen said of the former Disney star.
“The dedication and the years that she’s put in and to only be so young but have so much experience is kind of incredible,” she continued, explaining that Selena’s early start in showbiz has likely helped the 23-year-old find more solid ground than some of her peers.

Selena Gomez will be a Mentor on The Voice

Selena was seen doing a little shopping in Beverly Hills on Friday with her gal pal as she was no doubt doing a little celebrating over her new job on The Voice.
It was just announced that the 23 year old will be teaming up with Gwen Stefani as a mentor on the hit US show which starts a new season on September 21.
Also on this seasons show are John Fogerty, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Missy Elliott and Pharrell Williams.
Selena will be the youngest mentor on the show as one source said, “that she’s a surprisingly an amazing mentor even though she’s so young” and “she exceeded the expectations of everyone.”
